Interview Intel is a personal portfolio project, built by one developer and offered for free. By using it, you agree to these simple terms. Plain English — not corporate legalese, and not formal legal advice.

The service

Interview Intel is a side/portfolio project, not a company or a commercial product. It's provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind. It may change, break, or go offline at any time.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for what you submit. The emails you paste will usually contain information about other people — recruiters, hiring managers, colleagues — so only paste content you have the right to share, and don't submit anything illegal, abusive, or highly sensitive. By submitting text you accept that it's stored with your account and processed as described in the Privacy Policy, including by the third-party AI and translation services named there. The analysis is generated automatically by ML/AI and can be wrong or incomplete — use your own judgment, and don't rely on it for important decisions.

Your content

What you paste stays yours. I use it only to run the service for you — analysing it, storing it so you can see your history, and generating tasks and guidance from it — never to train models and never for advertising. Anything the app generates from it (guidance, reply drafts, summaries) is yours to use, with the accuracy caveat above.

Your account

Keep your login details secure. I may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service or put it at risk. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your Account page (see the Privacy Policy for what the export includes and what deletion removes).

No warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, and I'm not liable for any loss that comes from using it. If it's not working for you, please just stop using it.
